Philly is a Gray 15.2 big bodied 2004 Appendix mare, perfect for an intermediate rider. Has shown local hunters, but would be happier doing lower level eventing, would also excel in the jumper ring. Owner has recently acquired a new upper level mount and doesn’t want her just sitting around in a field. Located at a beautiful facility in Mosley just outside of Richmond, VA. Tons of personality, but best suited for an intermediate rider as she can get sensitive.
Full lease: 5days a week -300$ a month, half lease: 2days a week-150$ a month. Either lease, owner will pay farrier and vet expenses but ON SITE ONLY lease.
Lessee will preferably take at least one lesson a month from a trainer
